 Jeans and T-shirt: Topshop / Jacket: River Island (Love this, it's as snug as a cardigan but more structured. I like that as I don't wear cardigans as I think they make me look scruffy!)

 Sandals: Primark (Bargain at £3) / Sunglasses: H&M (Have an amazing selection of sunglasses every year)

ABSENCE MAKES THE HEART GROW FORGETFUL.

So, I've been utterly rubbish and not blogged for nearly two months.  I've had a nightmare..moved house and the internet took forever to set up, and just before it got set up my laptop broke, which was lovely. So here's an Instagram update of what I've been up to..and I promise I'll be better from now on!

My new bedroom!

 Going for dinner at the Malmaison restaurant in Oxford. Amazing food, would 100% recommend for a special occasion.

My beautiful new bracelet from Etsy brand Frosted Willow. Find them here. I love it and I can see myself buying a lot more from them. Such good prices and lovely delicate pieces.

An epic two-stack dorito burger made for me by my boyfriend. I'm lucky he can cook, because I'm rubbish. Although I'd recommend adding doritos/crisps to any burger or sandwich you make, as it will improve it massively.

Leopard print nails done for a party filled weekend!

Amazing Eggs Florentine breakfast at The Refinery in Southwark. Find them here. We went for a hangover curing breakfast and it's so lovely there! Really gorgeous food and lovely restaurant with creative touches on everything from the boiled eggs to how they bring the bill.

 My new skinny stack rings. I've been searching for some like this for forever! The chevron ones are from River Island and the plain gold band is Topshop.

Getting rural and visiting my parents house in Wales. Wore wellies for the first time in about ten years. Found a spider in them so won't be repeating the experience.

Our dog is the cutest little thing in the world, and I'm upset that I don't get to see her more often.

Unearthing old photographs. Clearly I've always been a trendsetter.

Finishing off my trip by going to visit my boyfriend's sister who's just had a baby! Cutest little almost-nephew in the world.

A Very Bad Idea.

A VERY BAD IDEA.

When you're not currently working, or for that matter working but not earning much..it is always a bad idea to cheer yourself up by shopping online. It's a time you know you should be being sensible and not shopping at all.

And then a beauty like this pops up.

I've been searching for a new everyday bag for a while, I've bought a couple that I alternate between but haven't quite excelled themselves enough for me to be faithful to them. I'm fussy about what qualifies as a perfect everyday bag..and while I don't think this is it, I still want it.

Since it's only £19.99 I think that's my decision made for me really.

The only real question here is..red or brown?

Had a night out in London for a friends birthday on Saturday..I'm usually more of a little sparkly dress sort of girl for a night out but thought this made a nice change! All of these pieces are becoming staples in my wardrobe.

A big congratulations to my boyfriend's cousin and her new husband, who got married on Friday!

I went a bit daring and bust out my new suit for the occasion..

The table decorations were so cute..traditional sweet bags and tubs full of all kinds of sweets! Sorry there aren't better outfit pictures, I didn't get time to get anyone to take some before we left, as we left late! (Standard).

Pre-Spring Update.

PRE SPRING UPDATE.

I completely couldn't afford to go shopping, but I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and I had nothing appropriate to wear..so I think that justifies it. And I couldn't resist picking up a few bits that make me feel excited about Spring and Summer..if they ever appear.

Utterly perfect shoes for all occasions, from Primark.

I feel a new purse was justified as mine has needed replacing ever since it got run over by a car (don't ask). Purse is from River Island, cuff is from Tesco of all places.

I can't resist a statement necklace so I had no hope when I saw these. Necklaces are from Dorothy Perkins.

In real life it doesn't look that much shinier than regular nail varnish but I still really like the colour.
